Self Love

This was my first spell created for my charm work. I was in a really bad place personally and I spent so much time researching all the self love spells online amd in books but nothing felt right. So I made my own.
It's simple - rose petal, lemon balm and rose quartz - but sometimes simple is what heals. Each ingredient was chosen because they are powerhouses for this intention and I only chose 3 ingredients because it is considered the "perfect number". The number 3 is associated with harmony, wisdom and understanding, all of which you need to let go of pain, release tension and love yourself more.
